Prince Edward Island in Atlantic Canada is known for great golf courses, miles and miles of beaches, lobster suppers, Anne of Green Gables, the Charlottetown Festival and fantastic scenery. The house is located near Kensington where Highway #106 crosses Indian River at the South East corner of Malpeque Bay. It is approximately ten minutes from Summerside, ten minutes from Cabot Beach Provincial Park , twenty five minutes from Cavendish (both excellent swimming) and thirty five minutes from Charlottetown.

It is situated on approximately fifty acres of land with over 1000 feet of river frontage with over five acres of lawn. The House is approximately 2200 square feet with a main floor master bedroom, ½ bath, a huge kitchen, a separate dining room and in addition to the living room there is a main floor family room with a sofa bed for additional sleeping. On the second level there are four bedrooms, a very large bathroom with a fiberglass tub (with shower), a second bathroom with shower, and a lounge.
