The two-story Club Kirwin cottage is a house powered by solar and wind energy that is backed up by an auxiliary generator. Modern amenities include satellite TV as well as washing machine. But if you are looking for the ultimate vacation from work, Club Kirwin is it because there is no phone service at the house. Club Kirwin is easily accessed from south Florida and beyond Located 30 miles from Marsh Harbor, where most major airlines have daily connections

But the best way to spend your vacation at Club Kirwin is to hire a boat in Marsh Harbor and make the hour-long trip down through the sparkling blue waters and barrier islands that provide protection from the Atlantic Ocean. Boat rentals are available at the following companies in Marsh Harbor: Blue Wave (242-367 3910), Laysue (242-367-4414), Pier One (242-367-3587), Rainbow (242-367-4602 - www.oii.net/rainbow), Rich Rentals (242-367 2742) and Sea Horse (242-367-2513).
