Secluded, gorgeous seven acre estate by the sea, 5 minutes by golf cart from Hopetown. Every modern convenience, gourmet kitchens with dishwashers, cuisineart mixer,coffee pots, all modern appliances and kitchen utensils. Linens are provided. Luxurious Main House decorated English tudor style with glorious views, beautiful, sparkling clear water in front of property for swimming, landscaped fruit gardens which all guests are invited to enjoy. Property only 50 ft from the sea with easy access for swimming. Enjoy fishing off our 100 ft dog leg dock. Comfortable short ride by golf cart to Hopetown restaurants and shops on a tarmacadam road including our private driveway. There is also a third property built of wood resembling mahogany 20 ft from the sea with fabulous views of the Sea of Abaco. This IS Paradise on Elbow Cay Island.




There is so much to enjoy on this wonderful island in the Bahamas and easy to get to being only one hour by air from the USA. We have beautiful snorkelling in front of the property. On the island, there are facilities for diving, waterskiing, island hopping by boat, great beaches close by for picnics and beachcombing, easily accessible by boat or by golfcart. There are seven restaurants on the island, grocery stores and gift shops for your enjoyment. Come and enjoy the best on this beautiful island in the sun.

Gourmet Kitchens - Air Conditioned - There are standby diesel generators located away from both homes. All water supplies are fitted with filters to ensure purity. Brand new computers are available in both properties with internet connections. The property has its own asphalt driveway connecting to the main island asphalt road.




Activities in the Area

It is approximately 8 minutes to downtown Hopetown by golf cart.. We do recommend a golf cart for easy transport to restaurants day and evening as well as exploring the island. However, you should know that some restaurants provide free transport and will pick you up at the door and drop you off home. You have a beautiful, private bay for incredible swimming and snorkelling or you may choose to fish off the dock. Again, we emphasise the importance of location for your enjoyment.
