The “Georges’ Get-A-Way” is located just off Gulf Boulevard and slightly north of the Central Ave Causeway Bridge. Situated Between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach “Georges’ Get-A-Way” has Easy access to the mainland and the Bay area's major attractions. Professional sporting events are nearly year round, including the National Football League, National Hockey League and Major League Baseball (Spring training and regular season). Day trips to Orlando’s Seaworld, Universal Studio, Disney World and the Kennedy Space Center are possible. Closer to home in Tampa are Adventure Island (Water Park), Lowry Park Zoo, Busch Gardens and MOSI (Tampa’s Museum of Science and Industry) with an IMAX Theater. You can catch a beach trolley-bus on the corner, which will take you anywhere around the beaches and to downtown St. Petersburg and nearby Tyrone Square Mall, so driving is not necessary. And Just 5 Blks up Gulf Blvd is “World Famous” John’s Pass, which offers dining, shopping, fishing trips, boat tours and live entertainment. Good restaurants are in abundance within a short walk or drive. Lots of diverse local shopping as well as great nearby Malls and popular stores! For the beach lover- The beautiful gulf with its warm blue water is a quick stroll out your door. The white sandy beach provides the perfect playground for beach volleyball, walking, jogging, looking for shells or just parking under your umbrella. We are close to tennis courts and several Championship and Executive golf courses. Fishing, Dinner and gambling cruises depart daily from John’s Pass and other ports in the Bay area.
