Long Bay House is a large oceanfront home on Green Turtle Cay which is located 180 miles east of West Palm Beach Florida, a community of 450 full time residents that has been here for over 200 years, no crime or poverty just friendly folks with beautiful sandy beachs, unihabited islands for picinics, fishing,swimming, diving snorkling, and exploring, world class reefs surround our cay giving us some of the best diving and fishing you will find in the Bahamas, crystal clear waters, tropical breezes, the house comes with all towels, linens, toiletries with a full kitchen a dinning room that seats 8 and a screened porch that over looks the atlantic ocean reefs that also seats 8, a 20x40 swimming pool, 3 covered beach decks hammocks, bbq grill, picnic tables oberservation tower with 360 degree view of the whole island, house comes with 4 bikes, and a small boat a 14 ft boston whaler with 30 hp evindrude motor for fishing or exploring, 90 ft dock on black sound a inland harbor




The house has 4 bedrooms with two singles in each, all rooms are very open and airy with beautiful views of the grounds which has 7 acreas of tropical foliage, and ocean beaches, private but close to the amenities of the town jsut a short 10 minute walk 3 minutes by bikes or golf carts, small local resturants with local fresh caught seafood conch, lobster, fish. 3 well stocked grocery stores a few gift shops, two local bars for dancing and music on weekends. easy access from florida via major airlines from Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Orlando, West Palm beach. A wonderful family island that is family kind of place.
