Quiet, residential setting on a dead-end street with beautiful Oak trees. Perfect for business lodging, family or that romantic get-away you’ve needed for so long. Home has a security system for your safety and peace of mind. Pets are welcome, with fee. Backyard is fenced. Come and relax or check out the Casinos, Beaches, and Golf courses all along the gulf coast. For the fisherman you can charter a fishing boat or just relax on one of the boat tours to the island.

Kitchen

The Large kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, toaster, blender, mixer, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, local phone service. Also has a Washer and Dryer !!! Just down the street you can rent Jet Ski’s, paddle boats, go parasailing sailing, amusement park, water slide, Ship Island boat tour, and Marine Life. Sun bath or lounge under a large umbrella on the 26 miles of white sands of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Also, great for windsurfing! Five minutes to the many casino's in Biloxi and only 20 min. to Gulfport.

Amenities

Very nice and comfortable furnishings include 2 TV’s with Cable. Television in living room has VCR. Master bedroom has king-sized bed and TV. The second bedroom has 2 full-size beds. Enjoy grilling out on the patio with the charcoal barbeque. We tried to think of everything that we would want a vacation home to be and provide it for you.




Activities in the Area

There are many World Class Golf Courses along the coast. Only one hour from New Orleans or Mobile AL. Only 6 blocks from Keesler Air Force Base. Always available on the Mississippi coast is the wonderful South Mississippi cuisine… shrimp, crabs, oysters, flounder, and the good southern home cooking.

Nightly(3min) Summer $125 per night- Winter $95 per night...Weekly -$650 / $550
Monthly - $1600 with free Cleaning once per month. Deposit $200
Summer- (Apr, 1/05 thru Oct, 31/05) Winter- (Nov, 1/04 thru Mar, 31/05)
For each adult over 6 there will be $10 per adult, per day charge!!!
Cleaning Fee $75 (Per stay)............. No Pets ....................No Smoking
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival forfeit $200 Dep
