ACCOMMODATIONS
Vacation House  -  3  Bedroom -  3  Bath     (Sleeps   8  Comfortably)

Our house is in Inlet Beach, FL. Inlet Beach is a small neighborhood beach community located at the east intersection of Hwy. 98 and county Hwy. 30A, in Walton county, Florida. It is bordered by Sunnyside Beach on the east and Seagrove Beach on the west and is 10 miles east of Seaside and 15 miles east of Destin, FL. Our house is approximately 40 yards from the water with easy beach access The house was constructed 4 years ago. It is 2400 sq. ft, and has central heat/cool, hardwood floors, complete kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, disposal, microwave, 3 TV’s, VCR, gas grill. The main level on the 2nd floor has a big kitchen, large DR, LR, MBr with one queen size bed, full bath, and utility room. 3rd level has full bath and 2 large bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has 2 full beds.

There is an outside shower and bath on the ground level. The house has a wrap around, covered, outside deck. The 3rd level has a covered deck off the bedroom with a Gulf view. All linens and towels are furnished but you need to bring your own beach towels. Inlet Beach features miles of the most beautiful beaches in the USA, perhaps the World! Miles of sugar white sand and sprawling, picturesque dunes. The house is close to Seagrove, Seaside, Grayton, Santa Rosa, Sunnyside, and Panama City Beach(s). The house is situated in a VERY PRIVATE neighborhood. You have miles of private beach. Its very quiet and relaxing. You must be mature, responsible, and respectful of our family property. NO PETS and NO SMOKING in house. If you love to drift off to sleep listing to the rolling gulf waves please call or e-mail. Please NO ROWDIES, HIGH HORMONE 20'S/GEN X'ers, OR LOUD PARTY TYPES. We love children but you must be (financially) responsible for all accidents.

Rates: Off season rates are $895 a week. $1195 a week in season. Plus cleaning fee of $65 per week (additional cleaning costs may be required for larger numbers of occupants and for more frequent cleaning during long rentals periods). In season runs May 1st through Sept. 30. Holiday weeks...Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years, rates are $995. Security deposit for first time guests of $500, refunded immediately after departure. A $250 non refundable deposit required to reserve your week(s). Payment of full balance, including security deposit and cleaning fee, is due 2 weeks before arrival date. Availability is on first come, first serve basis. Reply by e-mail if you have any questions, or need current availability.
