This luxury, one bedroom, two bath condo is a first class accommodation, fully air conditioned, with a queen bed in the master, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two bathrooms, one with tub, the other with shower. The condo sleeps up to four people. Located in Kihei on the (fifth) top floor of the Maui Sunset for a really great view. Fully furnished and equipped, with washer/dryer, dishwasher, new smooth-top ceramic range, microwave, cable TV, VCR, 5-CD stereo system, phone, and balcony with table and chairs. And what a view! There are two air-conditioning units - in bedroom and living room and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. The condo includes all linens, cookware and utensils.

Fully Equipped Kitchen

Located at the beautiful Maui Sunset. The complex offers the best-kept grounds and gardens in Kihei. In the evening, gather around the six gas barbeque stations set among the palm trees and hibiscus bushes.The large central swimming pool with adjacent hot tub provides fun for everyone. There are lots of tables, chairs and lounge chairs for sun-tanning and relaxing around the pool.The friendly staff of the activity hut give you complete information on activities in Maui such as deep-sea fishing, diving, luau dinners, biking and lots more. The Maui Sunset also offers an exercise room and sauna and lots of free off-street parking. Public tennis courts are steps away, as is Waipuilani Beach.

The condo has air conditioning, cable TV, VCR, 5-CD stereo system, second TV in bedroom, phone, full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer and dryer, linens and beach towels, cookware and utensils all provided. The Maui Sunset condo complex offers a large swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room gas barbeques. Families are welcome, but pets are not allowed. Croquet court, golf putting green, and tennis courts.

Current Rates


April 15 to December 14th, $125 per night.
December 15 to April 14th, $155 per night.
Discounts available for stays of 7 nights or longer.
5-night minimum stay.
20% deposit required ($200 minimum). Balance due 30 days before arrival.
Hawaii state taxes of 11.42% added to above rates.
