This three-bedroom/two-bath Marco Island waterfront home is in an exclusive location, on a wide water canal and golf course, down a palm-lined cul-du-sac. The house was built in 1988, and features cathederal ceilings, and a 12 ft X 30 ft pool which is accessible from the master bedroom and living room. Special features include a large heated pool, with a covered lanai, and breath-taking water views.

The cable television, with a 32 inch screen, can be watched from the living room while viewing the pool and the water view. Also, there is a private dock which is great for fishing and sunbathing. There is very little traffic on our street, except for an occasional golf cart. Restaurants and shopping are just one mile away. The white sand beach, with parking available, two miles away.
