There is only one entrance for this house - this is on the first floor.
The first floor has two closed off bedrooms and one sofa bed in a corner and sleeps up to 6 persons. This area has a
huge deck outside with a round table and sun umbrella, and 6 chairs. The deck and the whole floor have great views
to the coastal mountains. The main bedroom (Orca) has a queen size bed. The other closed bedroom (Captain) does
NOT offer a view, and is a raised bed (like a ship's bunk, but it is a QUEEN SIZE BUNK.
We only rent 'Captain' and 'Orca' together, which includes bathroom, deck, kitchen/sitting room, sofa bed, tv,
video, stereo, telephone, and laundry room which has a washer and a dryer. There is also a closet area for
suitcases, and vacuum cleaner etc. Interested parties have to rent at least the first floor at minimum.
There is also additional area (Eagle) with and extra bathroom up a few steps on a split level floor from the first
floor. This area has a deck, tv, and King size bed, and single bed. No rollaway bed exits in this extra area.
There is a door to separate this area from the first floor. It is closed off if guests have not opted to rent this added
space. Remember, in order to use this above area you have to rent the first floor, as you cannot access this upper
area independently.
There is no short term rental of less than one week. Minimum RATE is one week, even if persons wish to stay less
than 7 days.
