A vaulted open timber framed “Great Room” welcomes you into the Northwoods Lodge Home where you will find an extensive use of Pine which gives the home that rich Northwest Lodge feel. In the great room there is a River Rock gas Fireplace (gas-log and hassle free) with a pine entertainment center which houses a 32” Color/Cable TV, VCR and a CD stereo system. A “Barring Bar” which separates the Great Room from the Kitchen allows easy conversation between the two rooms. The spacious kitchen ofers rich granite countertops and is fully operational with all the extra gadgets needed for entertaining small or large groups. The dining room is located on the other side of the kitchen and has a large pine table and an island eating bar. Access the great outdoors from the dining room. A spacious stone paved patio with a natural gas BBQ can be found as well the large private hot tub area .

One master has a King Log Bed, private bath, Color/Cable TV and access to the outside hot tub area. The second master has a rustic but rich pine Queen Bed and a private bath. The home has plenty of plush towels and plump bedding for added comfort. Three additional bedrooms are located upstairs which can provide a nice retreat for youngsters. One bedroom has a queen bed, a second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds with a TV and Nintendo 64 plus games and the third bedroom has a twin bed, a pyramid bunk with a twin on top and a futon on the bottom. There is also a Color/Cable TV and VCR in this bedroom plus a large assortment of movies and board games. A full bath completes the upper floor. This home will comfortably sleep 14 and has a great spacious floorplan. This home is loaded and stocked with many extra’s! 5 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths, Private Hot Tub, Great for families or couples of all ages. Beautiful decor and in the quiet North End of Sunriver. Close to shopping, golfing and the snowy slopes of Mt. Bachelor.
