Vacation Condo  -  2  Bedroom -  2  Bath     (Sleeps   6  Comfortably)

Enjoy the lush tropical landscaping, wandering streams, koi ponds and cascading waterfalls in a beach front complex setting. Use the heated pools, spas, exercise room, gas BBQ on the balcony or the public gas BBQs provided within the complex. We provide a tastefully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, single level floorplan for safety, gas fireplace in living room,west facing balcony as well as west facing and north facing windows in a corner unit, allowing wonderful straight on views of the sandy beach, surf, ocean, harbor and marina. You can enjoy the views from all rooms of the condo and even watch the sunset or boats go by from the queen size bed in the primary bedroom during the summer. There's even beach towels, sand chairs, boggie boards and umbrellas. On site laundry facilities are available.

If the two bedroom condo is more than you have spectacular side view of the sandy beach and surf. Our condos are maintained by ourselves with pride and joy. We have been Oceanside residents for over eleven years and enjoy our beaches throughout the year with our children. We will ensure you are provided with all necessary information to make your stay enjoyable. Sorry, no pets allowed on premises. Our condos definitely non-smoking as we cater to smoke sensitivity environments.

Fees also avail for a minimum three night stay as well as extended stays
reduction for multiple weeks, no local tax required for more than one month stay
