Vacation with style in a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Condo on OkaloosaIsland. Our privately owned condo sleeps 6 guests. There are one queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Ourunit is across the street from the sugar white sands of Destin/Ft. Walton Beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf ofMexico. We have a private pier for your boat or fishing on Choctawhatchee Bay. Minutes away from public boat ramp. Our fully equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. All the amenities of home. Just bring yourself and your groceries! Linens are provided. There is washer/dryer is located inside the utility room of the condo. Reserve early for prime vacation weeks! Refreshing Pool

There are no elevators in the building. Condos sleep 5. Pricing is for 4 persons. There will be a $10.00 charge per person per night for any persons over the amount of 4 total. Payment Options: Credit Card Only Check in time is 4:00 PM/Check out time is 10:00 AM. 3 night minimum rentals for most other times. All rentals have a 6% Florida Sales tax, and a 4% Okaloosa Tourist Tax applied to the cost of the rental. $65.00 cleaning fee. Smoking only on balcony! Not inside condo.
