This efficiency is located at the gulffront "Top of the Gulf" on Thomas Drive. This unit comes fully furnished to sleep 4. It has a TV, VCR, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in closet, all cooking utensils, all linens and phone with answering machine. The complex has shuffleboard, large pool, kiddie pool, and a 2 story sunning deck. We do not allow smoking or pets in this unit. The association will not allow singles under 25 years of age to rent without adult supervision.

This unit is adjoining to our other unit at the Top of The Gulf and is conveniently located near all major restaraunts, parks and nightlife. The complex features, an Olympic size pool, kiddie pool, shuffleboard, snack bar, sunning decks, nightly security, and watercraft rental on site. This vacation rental features all the amentities of a hotel plus the comforts of home. Why stay in a room when you can stay in our condo for less?
