Beach House  -  2  Bedroom -  2  Bath     (Sleeps   6-8  Comfortably)

We are near historic St Augustine, Florida, just 1 block (600 feet) from the white sand beaches of the Atlantic Ocean just south of the Matanzas Inlet. Our vacation rental home is on a natural "Old Florida" island called Summer Haven. It is elevated on 9' columns, has cathedral ceilings and tile floors, with a open living area and lots of windows. There are double glass doors in the master bedroom and breakfast area opening out onto a covered porch that spans 2 sides of the home surrounded by native trees.

The observation deck on the east end affords a view of the ocean and the Inter-Coastal Waterway over a forest of gnarly wind swept native oak, and magnolia trees. The neighborhood is a quiet single-family residential area with a mixture of owner-occupants and vacation rentals, The beautiful white sand beach is just a 2 minute walk away and is nearly private as automobiles are not allowed and parking is scarce for outsiders.

Fully furnished including microwave, dishwasher and laundry. Central Air and heat, plus a gas thermostatically controlled fireplace. King sized beds in both bedrooms, double bed futon in Living room. Telephone (use your calling card for long distance). Cable, 3 TVs, VCR and stereo radio - tape - CD player. Linens, dishes, cookware, silverware, coffee maker, etc. Ceiling fans in every room. Gas Grill Light and open with Cathedral ceilings and lots of windows.

Current Rates


After Labor Day until Thanksgiving: $2400/ Month, $800/ week, $166/ night
Regular rates: $4,000/ month, $1200/ week, $233/ night, 3 night minimum
Some pets are allowed with an additional $100 fee.
Add $75 cleaning fee for any stay - 3 night minimum,
