Pleasant View is a three bedroom year round, restored post and beam Cape overlooking the Kinsman Mountains. On the first floor the house features a large living room with gas fireplace and well stocked library, a bedroom, full kitchen, and dining room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one with king size bed, the second with twin beds) which also offer stunning mountain views, a large bath, and a laundry with full linens. The deck has a gas grille and patio furniture. There's a sweeping vista of the mountains and 12 acres that are bounded by a scenic mountain river with native trout as well as a path close to a half mile that invites you to walk along the river. Near a lake & beach and nestled in the Mountains. Abuts White Mountain National Forest and Franconia Notch, close to outlet shopping

Lovely Living Room

Pleasant View abuts the White Mountain National Forest and sits in the valley formed the the western mountains of Franconia Notch. It provides access to unspoiled natural areas, yet is close to family attractions and activities, including outlet shopping and dining. Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, and sleigh rides. In the summer there's canoeing, golf, horseback riding, hiking, swimming, fishing, biking, and a glider port. There are summer theatres, galleries, spas, health and tennis clubs as well. Food, supplies, and restaurants are available in Franconia Village. Whales Tail, Santa's Village, Lost River, Clark's Trading Post, Six Gun City, Heritage NH, and Storyland are easily reached. Cannon and Loon Mountain ski areas are near.
