Vista Del Sol is a beautifully maintained building. It was built in 1989 on the best swimming beach in the town of Puerto Vallarta. The beach is south of the river in the charming and picturesque "old town". At the quiet end of the beach, the terrace of the 5th floor apartment is an ideal place to sip your morning coffee while watching the whales, dolphins and pelicans pass by. In the evening watch the spectacular sunsets while sipping your favorite cocktail. A short walk along the beach finds parasailing, cruises, snorkeling, horseback riding, jetskiing etc. Or relax under a palapa on the sand and be pampered by the restaurant attached to the building. The roof top pool is a wonderful alternative offering spectacular 360 degree views.

Comfortable Living Room

This is truly a luxury apartment - a very spacious 1450 square feet with a 30 foot balcony overlooking the beach. The balcony runs across the living room and master bedroom. I remodelled the condo 2 years ago with a totally new kitchen and folding glass doors in the living room which brings indoor/outdoor living together. There are two bedrooms each with private bathrooms. Both bedrooms have airconditioning. The master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding glass doors opening on to the balcony.The master bathroom has a huge mexican tiled bath with room for two! The second bedroom has twin beds. The living room also has sliding glass doors opening on to the balcony. There is an electric barbecue on the balcony and chaises.There is daily maid service (except sundays) and all linens and towels are provided. Towels are changed daily, and sheets twice a week. The building is secure with a doorman and a front desk, with English speaking staff.
