The “Shack on the Sand” is directly on the beach. You can drink your morning coffee inside or on the porch, either way you may see dolphins swim past. From May to October, Logger Head turtles lay their eggs in the middle of the night. The moon on the water is so bright that you can walk the beach without a flashlight and you may come upon one of these magnificent animals.

The Condo Complex


Comfortable Living Room

Located in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Exactly 28 miles from the Tampa airport, this one bedroom condo has twin beds and a pull out couch to sleep four. All the comforts of home are supplied ,including cookbooks, classics and paperbacks. There is a file of maps and places to go in the area, plus guests leavenotes and recommendations. You will be asked to sign the guest book, send a picture of your group and eat grouper.

If available, last minute rentals are a bargain.
Last minute rentals are any time within 2 weeks of your arrival time.
There is always a cleaning fee. You leave it on the desk for the housekeeper.
