Voted the Best beach on the East Coast by Duke University! This luxurious resort vacation condo located at Sunset Beach is on the 10th fairway of the Dan Maples golf course. This 2200 square foot condo has all the amenities of home and more. There are three championship golf courses (Dan Maples, Willard Byrd, and Rees Jones) on-site plus another 30 courses within a 15 minute drive. The condo is located 30 miles north of Myrtle Beach, SC and 30 miles south of Wilmington, NC.

Everything you need for an enjoyable vacation is on-site or within a short drive-swimming pool, sauna, tennis, golf galore, workout room, 2000 acres of nature, on-site restaurants, shopping and more. The average temperature in January and February is 61 degrees. If single, you must be at least 25 years old to rent a condo at the resort. The condo can be rented as a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo or a 2 bedroom/1 bedroom condo, or 3 one bedroom/1 bath units. Each bedroom has its own entry door.
