Conveniently located in the middle of Waikiki, and only a short walk to all the famous Waikiki attractions, Waikiki beaches, entertainment, restaurants, shopping, the Waikiki Aquarium, Fort DeRussy, and Kapiolani Park. The bus stops at the corner (three-minute walk). Our building, Island Colony, is located at the corner of Seaside Avenue and Ala Wai Boulevard, which is two to three short blocks to the ocean.
There are several food stores only minutes away and we have a small "convenience store" inside the building on the sixth floor. A coin-operated laundry is available in the building, along with sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. A video store and a car rental agency are located on the ground floor of the building.
This Condominiums were remodeled in 2005 and are very comfortable and "homey." Each condo has a mini kitchen, microwave, electric cook top, full-size refrigerator/freezer, as well as all the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, dishes and linens provided. We also provide "boogie boards" and snorkeling equipment for your use. The units are fully air conditioned. There is a large, 27-inch, flat screen TV in the living area with digital cable. The beds include a a Deluxe name brand queen-size bed and a queen sofa bed.
Public parking is provided in the garage in the building, currently for $14 per 24 hours. We are available to assist you with any problems, cleaning, or repairs.
