Vacation in Mid Coast Maine in a charming, 2 bed furnished Studio Apartment, above a private art studio. Located in Lincolnville Beach, a classic Maine seaside town near Camden,Rockport, and Belfast.Lodging for three people. A Four Season weekly rental with an Ocean View.




The balcony (off the kitchen) is a great spot in the summer for breakfast! There is a beautiful view of the bay, our gardens, Blue Hill, and the ferry going back and forth to the island of Islesboro. As you enter the art studio through the front of the barn you take a sharp right, up the stairs. When you reach the top you are in for a surprise....

Amenities

Linens are supplied for both beds, but laundry must be done in Camden. Towels are available for the bathroom , but beach towels are not. The apartment is frequently used by friends and family so there is often a supply of basics like salt, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper,etc. If you use up something that was there we hope you will replace it.




Activities in the Area

Walk 1/10th of a mile to sandy public beach, Restaurants and shops.

Oct 28-April 1st $475 per week
April 1st - June 3rd $500.00 per week Sat.-Sat.
June 3rd-Sept 30th $600.00 per week Sat.-Sat.
Sept 24th - Oct. 29th $500 per week
Check in: 2:00 pm /check out: 10:00 am
(All rates subject to 7% lodging tax)
