Turn of the century summer vacation house in North Falmouth, Massachusetts (Cape Cod), is available from May through October. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of both a small private beach and a large public beach

Lounge at the Beach

The house has a kitchen/dining room and a living room with a fireplace and TV/VCR. There are six bedrooms; one twin room, two king rooms and three double rooms, as well as a crib. The first floor has a half bath, and the second floor has a full bath

The house also includes a washer & dryer. There is an outdoor shower, BBQ grill and picnic table. In the front there is a large wraparound porch with plenty of seating. There is a two car garage under the house and parking for two more outdoors.




Activities in the Area

Sheets and towels are provided and should be washed, dried and folded prior to departure. Beach chairs are also provided.


Current Rates


Off-season: We are renting off-season weeks (May and October) for $1000
off-season two week blocks for $1800
Value season: We are renting value season weeks (June and September) for $1800
off-season wo week blocks for $2500.
High season: The high season weeks (July through Labor Day) are renting for $2300
A security deposit of $300 is required - refunded upon inspection at the time of you departure
