Villa  -  3  Bedroom -  4  Bath     (Sleeps   6-9  Comfortably)

This spacious, comfortable villa has 3 bedrooms. Two master suites: one with queen, cot, rollabed and 1.5 baths and other with two single beds. The third bedroom has double bed and separate bathroom; den has two couches and reclining armchair bed, also a sofa bed. The entire villa is 'NOW' air conditioned or heated. Gourmet kitchen is completely equipped; living room has double french doors to pool and oversize patio with hammock, own frig, two sets of tables and chairs etc; guest bedrooms, lr and mbr all have separate access to pool/patio with poolside shower and bathroom. Spectacular views of mountains and mediterranean from sunroof and entire property is walled for great privacy and tranquility. The climate is the best in Europe with about 5-10 inches of rain and 3100 hours of sunshine yearly. Local British manager is happy to answer your questions and ensure your stay is a memorable one.

The Front of the Villa


Relax in the Courtyard and Pool/Patio

This area of southeastern spain is not overrun with tourists yet all amenities are close by. There are local markets on different days throughout the week and figs, citrus and almonds etc grow prolifically. The one story house is shaped like an H with the guest wing on the bottom side of lower H and master suite on other lower side of H. In between is the pool/patio and along the horizontal-kitchen, dining, living and den. Upper vertical parts of H are garage on one side and den on other with an exotic family orchard in between. Help yourself to figs, persimmon, cherimoya, apricots, guavas, pomegranite etc in season.
