Villa Annamaria was built around 300 years ago... in late 17th century. There's a date engraved on one of the villa's chimneys: 1697.... it is located in the historical center of Domaso, an ancient fishermen village on the northern shores of Lake Como. The Villa is in a very quiet area ideal for relaxing but still very close to all comodities: the beach is just 300m. away - within 100m. there are bars, restaurants, pizzeria, shops, grocery stores, post office, bank, fitness center, beauty salon and hair dresser, bus and boat stop for your day trips.

Domaso is the best place on Lake Como for Windsurfing ( you'll find two of the best schools in Europe within a two minute walk from the villa) and also for all water activities (swimming, Sailing, Water-skiing, power boat riding, fishing). Great trails for Mountain biking, or just walking. A great Golf course (18h.) is just 20Km away. Day trips to world-famous spots like Bellagio, St.Moritz, Lugano, Milano, Como by either bus, boat, car or train, find an ideal starting point in Domaso.

All the apartments have Sat Color TV - Dishwasher (not in smallest unit) - american coffee machine - microwave oven - radio with CD player in bigger units - washing machine and iron in a common laundry room. p bigger units have radio with CD player. p washing machine and iron in a common laundry room p parking is not included - plenty free parking 20 meters from the villa.




Activities in the Area

The villa is about 200m from the beach in a very quiet area - 3min. walk to restaurants, bar, shop, fitness center, beauty salon. 5min walk to supermarkets, Pizzeria, Windsurfs-chool, Bike or canoe rental, waterski, katamaran and sailboat rentals, Newspapers & Tobacco shop, bus stop and ferry boat dock. 5 minute drive to boat and ATV rental or Horse back riding - right out the back door a 10 minute walk up the mountain for mushroom-picking or just siteseeing or hiking (could walk straight through the mountains all the way to Switzerland!!) - windgliding take off point is about 12 Kilometers away - lots of nice little restaurants and "trattorie" are minutes drive away.
